Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
    1. The Referral Program is open to all nurses who filled the form. 
    2. Referrals must be at least 18 years of age.
    3. You cannot refer the person who referred you.
    4. You cannot refer someone who has worked with Magnus HRS in the past 6 months.
  2. Referral Process:
    1. Nurse referrals can be submitted by referrers through an online form available on the Magnus HRS website. This form can be accessed through our social media channels and website. Referrals made through any other channel will not be considered for the referral bonus.
    2. Referrers must provide accurate contact information for both themselves and the referring nurse to be eligible for a reward.
    3. Multiple referrals from the same referrer are allowed and encouraged.
    4. Referrers must invoice the award for Magnus to pay it.
  3. Referee Eligibility:
    1. To be considered valid, referred nurses must not be currently employed by Magnus HRS and should not have worked with Magnus in the six months preceding the referral.
    2. Referred nurses may not have been previously referred to Magnus HRS by anyone else.
  4. Referral Reward:
    1. The referrer is eligible for a $500 reward if the referred nurse is hired by Magnus HRS.
    2. The reward will be paid to the referrer when the referral nurse receives their first paycheck.
    3. The Referrer will receive a $500 reward for each Referred candidate who is successfully hired and receives their first paycheck, provided that the referrer was not previously employed by Magnus HRS or previously referred to Magnus HRS by someone else.
  5. Reward Distribution:
    1. The Reward will generally be provided as a direct deposit or mailed check to the address provided by the Referrer.
    2. Magnus HRS reserves the right to change the distribution method at its sole discretion.
  6. Disqualification of Rewards:
    1. No reward will be paid if the referring nurse was previously employed by Magnus HRS in the six months preceding the referral or was previously referred to Magnus HRS by another person prior to the referral date.
    2. Only the first referrer is eligible for the reward in the case of multiple referrals (two or more people referring the same nurse).
    3. Magnus HRS reserves the right to determine the eligibility of referred nurses and whether a referral is eligible for a reward.
  7. Communication:
    1. Referrers will be notified by Magnus HRS if their referral is successful and if they are eligible for the reward at the email address they provided when submitting the referral.
    2. Referred nurses will be notified of the identity of the referrer.
  8. Program Changes and Termination:
    1. Magnus HRS reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
    2. The Referral Program is only valid within the timeframe set by Magnus HRS while the landing page for this purpose is active. Referrals made before or after this period will not be considered for the Referral Bonus.
  9. Compliance:
    1. Referrers and referred nurses must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the referral process.
    2. Any fraudulent or unethical behavior may result in disqualification from the program.
  10. Privacy:
    1. Personal information collected during the referral process will be used solely for the purposes of the Program and will be handled in accordance with the Magnus HRS Privacy Policy.
  11. Only bilingual RNs based on New Brunswick will get a sign in bonus as per displayed on the ads campaigns of this referral program. To be considered bilingual, the RN must be able to chart in French.
